Within 10 business days after you place
your order, you will receive an email order
confirmation which will included: when to
expect home delivery agent to contact you
regarding delivery appointment, agent
contact information, and waybill# for tracking
purposes.
MATTRESS SETS: Inspect all product
before acceptance. If damages are present,
refuse the product and call Benefit Beyond
for immediate re-order.
Terms & Conditions
- ALL SALES
ARE FINAL - - No Cancellations,
Returns, Refunds or Exchanges (except manufacturer
defects resulting in warranty coverage).
For warranty purposes, please keep your
delivery/packing slip (Bill of Lading) as
proof of purchase.
- Delivery Lead Time: 4 – 6 weeks
from payment receipt
- Home delivery services provided by third
party agent. Deliveries are scheduled by
agent Monday–Friday, 8am – 5pm
within a 4-hour delivery window.
- Customer is required to inspect all product
before acceptance. If damages are present,
make notation on the delivery paperwork,
refuse the product and call Benefit Beyond
for immediate replacement order. If product
is accepted by customer and damage notations
are not made at the time of delivery, customer
waives any rights of claim for replacement
or resolution. It is the customer’s
responsibility to complete a full inspection
of product at time of delivery and make
damage notations at time of delivery if
product is not in acceptable good condition.
- Neither Benefit Beyond nor Delivery Agent
is responsible for guaranteeing delivery
of product inside a home with limitations
of size, space, or area. The customer is
responsible to understand the dimensions
of the product prior to purchase since all
sales are final. Delivery Agent will deliver
to “first dry area” in the case
where product can not be brought into the
home or specified room.
- For Support System purchases (frames
and bedkits), items may ship separately
direct from the manufacturer. Benefit Beyond
reserves the right to ship with mattress
sets if available. Installation not included.

recipients. Financial information including
